Terms & Conditions – Nova Regency

Welcome to Nova Regency. By using our website (www.novaregency.in) or staying at our serviced apartments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1) General

  • “Nova Regency”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of the serviced apartments in Bengaluru, India.
  • These Terms govern all website use, enquiries, bookings, payments, and stays at our property.
  • We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will appear on this page.

2) Booking & Payment

  • Reservations may be made via our website, WhatsApp, or authorised partners.
  • Rent is payable monthly in advance. Short stays (< 30 days) require management approval and full advance payment.
  • Late payments beyond 5 days may attract a late fee.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3) Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit is payable at check-in.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of check-out after adjusting damages and dues.

4) Check-In, KYC & Access

  • Valid Government ID is mandatory for all guests (passport/Aadhaar/driver’s licence/voter ID).
  • Guests must comply with fire, safety, and security procedures notified by management.

5) House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • No smoking inside apartments (designated outdoor areas only).
  • Visitors allowed 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; overnight stays require prior approval.
  • Pets only on request; additional fee/deposit may apply.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Monthly stays: 15-day notice required.
  • Short stays: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Eligible refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7) Property Care & Damages

  • Keep the premises clean and use furnishings/equipment responsibly.
  • Damage, loss, or rule violations may be charged and adjusted against the security deposit.

8) Liability

  • We are not liable for loss/theft of personal belongings or injury/illness during the stay, except as required by law.
  • Please secure your valuables and follow posted safety guidance.

9) Website Use

  • Content is for information only and may change without notice.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or introduction of malware.
