1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.

  • Pricing: Rates are dynamic and may change based on season or demand. The price shown at the time of booking is final.

  • Identity Proof: Guests must provide a valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 11:00 AM.

  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM.

  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made through our website or contact email.

  • Full refund is applicable if cancelled 48 hours before the check-in time.

  • No refund will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. House Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

  • Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure comfort for all residents.

  • Damages: Any damage to the property, furniture, or amenities caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal and payment information is securely handled. We do not share your data with third parties except for payment processing and legal requirements.

6. Liability

  • Nova Regency is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the guest’s personal belongings during their stay.
